Instant Barcode Search
Finding the right work order is now easier than ever. We've added the ability to search by work order number using a barcode scanner.
How it works: Simply point the scanner at the barcode printed on the document, and the system will instantly find the corresponding work order. No more manually typing long numbers and risking errors.
Benefit: Significantly speeds up customer service at the checkout or service desk. Imagine a customer approaches with a receipt, one click of the scanner, and all the order information is on your screen.
Enhanced Data Access Control
Your data security is our top priority. In this update, we are introducing granular control over data exports.
What's new: You can now specify exactly which employees have permission to export the customer and work order databases. This option is available in the role management settings.
Benefit: Complete control over your sensitive information. You can be confident that only trusted employees can export important data, reducing the risk of data leaks.
Flexible Database Management
Accidentally imported the wrong data? Now it's not a problem. We've added a feature to safely delete customer and product databases.
How it works: You can, for example, filter incorrectly uploaded products and delete them with a single button. The system will automatically check if there have been any transactions associated with these items and will not allow you to delete products with a history of movements. A similar check works for customers: if they have work orders or a call history, deleting them will be impossible.
Benefit: Easily correct mistakes. No more worrying about incorrect imports—you can quickly clean up your system from "junk" data without fear of affecting important information. This feature is available only to administrators, and every deletion is recorded in the log.
Optimized Analytics
We know how important speed is when analyzing data. That's why we have radically improved the performance of the charts on the dashboard.
What's changed: Previously, applying filters to sales or work order charts required a full page reload. Now, the dashboard loads several times faster, and filters are applied instantly without reloading.
Benefit: A smoother, more comfortable analytics experience. Analyze data on the fly, switching between different views without the slightest delay.
Advanced Price Management
Working with different price categories has become much more convenient.
What's new: When creating a new product item, you can now immediately specify not only the retail but also the wholesale price. The repair work order form now includes a toggle between retail and wholesale costs. By default, the system uses the retail price, but you can easily switch to wholesale or enter any other price manually.
Benefit: Time-saving and flexible. Whether you are serving a retail customer or a wholesale partner, setting the correct price takes just a moment, right in the work order form.
