A New Level of Flexibility: Per-Item Warranty
Now you can set a separate warranty period for each product or service directly in the order card.
Previously, a single warranty applied to the entire order, which was inconvenient for complex repairs using parts from different suppliers. Now, thanks to the new warranty icon next to each item, you can set unique terms.
Smart Procurement and Inventory Management
We've enhanced our purchasing and reservation processes to help you manage your inventory even more effectively.
Split Purchase Orders
If you need to order the same item from multiple suppliers, you can now do so effortlessly. Simply change the quantity in an existing purchase order, and the system will automatically create a new order for the remaining quantity. This is perfect for situations where one supplier can't fulfill the entire need.
Instantly Assign Parts by Serial Number
Add parts to a repair order by simply scanning or entering their serial number. No more searching for items in the warehouse manually—the system does it all for you, saving precious time.
Enhanced Product Reservations
When receiving goods, a new checkbox “Reserve” has been added. By activating it, you will see a list of orders waiting for this part and can immediately reserve it for a specific client. This ensures that needed parts are not accidentally sold.

Security and Control
- Sale Price Warning: The system will now warn you if you try to sell a product below its purchase cost, helping to prevent financial losses.
- Built-in Currency Conversion: When working with multi-currency cash registers, you can convert amounts directly in the transaction window without using a calculator.
Interface Enhancements
- Audible Confirmation for Stocktaking: During inventory scanning, the system emits an audible signal to confirm a successful scan. Now you don't have to constantly look at the screen.
- Visual Highlighting for Categories: Categories that represent device models are now highlighted in blue for quick and clear identification.
Analytics and Security
- “Creator” Field in Sales Export: You will now always know who created the order.
- Restricted Access to Sensitive Information: A new option allows you to restrict employee access to viewing SMS and call logs in the order feed to enhance privacy.
