Limited Liability Company «Fonbrend» (USREOU code 37495210), which is the official representative of Gincore LLC in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus,  represented by General Director Nosov Alexander Viktorovich, acting under the Statute, from one side, and the user — natural or legal person, from another side, together hereinafter referred as «Parties», and  individually, — «Party», have concluded this agreement, set out in the standard иunchangeable for all form as public offer, by taking in general and unconditionally following conditions:

1.1 «Gincore» — specialized software for service centers, which includes CRM, ERP, WMS system consolidated into a single hardware and software solution that is available on the Internet at: https://gincore.net
«Personal Data» — user's personal data.
«User» — any individual, legal entity or individual entrepreneur registered as a user on web site: https://gincore.net

2.General conditions

2.1. Veritable privacy policy (hereinafter— «Privacy Policy») regulates the non-disclosure of Personal Data Users of the website, administered by the LLC «Fonbrend», legal entity, established in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, USREOU code: 37495210.
