Briefly about all innovations:

• Phone calls to customers and sent SMS can now be seen in live stream. 
• When you click on the comment text in the live stream, you filter them by message type. You can filter by any parameter: status, comments, calls and so on.
• New editor of printed documents. Creating documents or editing existing ones is now easier thanks to the ability to change the line spacing of the text.
• Added the ability to delete categories without opening its cards.
• Ability to select several categories by holding the control key, working on the basis of OS Windows or command, while working on devices based on Mac.
• Structured employee card.
  Attention! When you delete an employee - you delete it from all filters. In orders, the deleted employee will remain, but it is impossible to generate a report or filter the positions of this employee.
• Added the ability to create custom message templates for the Employee Feedback widget.
• Mobile version.
