You can create a request from an incoming call card. The call card is created automatically if you have integrated telephony. If integration with telephony is not configured, you can create it manually. Click on the icon in the form of a telephone receiver, enter the phone number and click "Save". In the call card we go down to the bottom of the page. Here you can create a request for repair or you can create a sale.

To do this, enter the name of the device and specify the status, by default it is a new request. If necessary, specify a comment from the customer. For example, the touch glass is broken.
