And by specifying the operator's period, we can see the graph of productivity of this employee compared to the previous period. Namely, the darker column shows the number of requests, and the lighter one - the number of orders created on the basis of these requests. Also, there is a gray column next to it, which shows the indicators for the previous period. What is very convenient, you can see how the efficiency of the call center changes.
