Payroll Settings

Salaries are set up in the form of a constructor. That is, we customize brick by brick until we have built the perfect payroll lock.

The first thing you need to do is to add a Counterparty. This is done so that you can make mutual settlements. That is, to see who owes how much to whom in real time. Next, let's move on to the settings themselves.

Events are an occurrence, an action for which a certain amount will be charged:

  1. Category creation - the amount is charged for creating a category in the system.
  2. Goods creation - the amount is charged for creating a category in the system.
  3. Login to the system - the amount is credited when you log in and perform at least several actions (any change in an order, product, etc., as a sign that the employee does something in the system).
  4. Notification creation - the amount is charged for creating a reminder via the bell module.
  5. Create order - the amount is charged for creating a new repair or sales order.
  6. Payment for the order - the amount is credited at the time the repair and sales order is paid.
  7. Changing order status - the amount is charged to the employee who changed the status in the order, after saving the changes.
  8. Repair order creation - the amount is charged for creating a new repair order only.
  9. Sales order creation - the amount is charged for creating a new sales order only.
  10. Repair order paid - the amount is charged at the time the repair order is paid.
  11. Sales order paid - the amount is charged when the sales order is paid.
  12. Creating an order to a supplier - the amount is charged at the moment of creating an order to the supplier.

Сondition is something that will cause a condition to accrue.

Accrue is how much we will accrue to the employee for fulfilling the event and condition. Please note that not all Conditions and Charges can be applied to all events. So follow the logical chains :)

Example of a correct chain: Event - Repair order paid, Condition - Tech, Accrue - Percentage of services 30%. According to this chain, the Master in the order will receive 30% of the cost of services in the order if the repair order is paid.
