Bulk editing of items, order sorting, pending messages, new variables. Update

 Autumn news:

  1. Additional columns "Cost of installed parts", "Fault according to the customer" and "Date of issue of the device" in orders list.
  2. Improved mass selection system. Selected items do not disappear by going to another menu. Editing data has become much more convenient.
  3. Added a way to sort orders by the time of the last status change.
  4. The setting for displaying customer contact information has been changed. If the checkbox “Show customer contact details” is inactive, the system will display the inscription Contact number 1, Contact number 2, etc. so that by clicking on it the system could send a call 
  5. Implemented the ability to send pending messages. When you click on the submit button, the Delay sending line will appears. In this field you can set the date and time when SMS will be sent.
  6. New variables added:
    • "Note" field to the product price tag template, which will pull up information from the product’s card.
    • A "Note" has also been added to the supplier’s invoice, allowing you to print additional information on the invoice.
  7. Implemented the ability to receive notifications about the balance of goods and check the minimum balance of goods by individual branches in theGoods/Parts tab. Thanks to this function, it is possible to split purchases for different branches of the company.
  8. Added a new “To Buy” column. This column with a green indicator at the top displays the number of products that you need to buy. The system counts the number of purchase requests, removes them from the amount of goods in the free balance.
  9. We have heard all your comments and suggestions that were made related to the integration with the Telegram-bot:
    • The ability to receive order status by its number has been canceled. You can apply the search only by the customer’s phone number.
    • Implemented the ability to edit the welcome text in the integration settings. The bot meets customers with standard text:
      "Enter phone number." By editing this text in the settings, it will be displayed to clients upon transition to the bot.
    • Added time setting when to send daily statistics for founders.
