  • Cost of Spare Parts — instantly see the real profitability of each order.
  • Completion Date — track the speed of work execution.
  • Issue as Described by the Client — quickly understand the problem without opening the order card.

How it works: Simply enable the desired columns in the settings (gear icon), and all important information will be displayed directly in the main order list.

🎯 Revolutionary Bulk Selection System

Intelligent Product Selection

We have completely redesigned the bulk selection system, making it truly smart. The system now remembers your selections even when you navigate between pages and sections.

Before: If you selected products and accidentally switched to another menu, you had to start the selection process all over again.

Now: The system saves all selected items and shows their count in a special panel at the bottom of the screen. You can switch between sections with confidence—your selection is safe.

Example of use: You are selecting items for a stocktake but need to check something in another section. Previously, this meant losing all your work. Now, you can simply return to your already selected items.

📊 Smart Sorting by Activity

Sort Orders by Status Change Time

The "Status" column in the orders menu is now interactive. One click, and you see orders sorted by the time of their last status change.

Advantages:

  • Instantly see which orders employees are working on.
  • Track team activity in real time.
  • Monitor the speed of work completion.

Practical application: A manager can quickly understand which orders are progressing and which are "stuck" in the process.

🗓️ New Filter by Completion Date

Accurate Analysis of Completed Work

A special filter has been added for repair orders, showing all jobs moved to the "Ready" status within a selected period.

How to use: Select the desired dates in the filter to get a complete list of finished orders for that period.

Benefit: Analyze technician productivity, plan workloads, and generate reports on completed jobs.

🔒 Secure Access to Customer Contacts

Flexible Privacy Management

You can now hide customer contact details from employees, showing only generic labels like "Contact Number 1." The ability to make calls is still available.

Use case: You want employees to be able to contact customers without having access to their personal data. Now, they can click on "Contact Number 1," and the system will initiate a call without revealing the number itself.

⏰ Scheduled SMS Messages

Plan Your Communications

The revolutionary scheduled SMS feature allows you to plan messages for any time.

How it works: When sending an SMS, a "Schedule sending until" field appears, where you can specify the delivery date and time.

Examples of use:

  • Remind a customer that their order is ready the next morning.
  • Notify about scheduled maintenance.
  • Send holiday greetings.

All scheduled messages are displayed in the timeline, where they can be edited or canceled.

More Information in Templates

A "Note" variable has been added to product price tag and supplier invoice templates, which automatically pulls additional information from the product card.

Practical benefit: You can print important product details or special instructions without manually editing each document.

📦 Intelligent Stock Management

Control Inventory by Branch

The ability to set minimum stock levels and notifications for each branch separately has been added.

Before: The system only worked with total stock across all locations.

Now: You can set a unique minimum stock level for each branch and receive individual notifications.

How to set up: In the product card, select "Notify by branch stock levels" and specify the required quantities for each location.

🛒 New "To Purchase" Column

Automatic Needs Calculation

A "To Purchase" column with a green indicator has appeared in the products menu. The system automatically calculates the quantity of products to reorder, considering purchase requests and available stock.

Advantage: No more manually calculating how much to order—the system does it all for you.

🌐 Export to Marketplaces

Integration with External Platforms

A new section for exporting categories and products in XML and YML formats has been added. You can now set up synchronization with marketplaces like Avito, Prom, and others.

Where to find it: "More" menu → "Settings" → "Product Export"

Capabilities: One-way export from Gincore to external platforms to automate sales.
