New Gincore – We've Changed for You! A Major System Update.

We have exciting news! Today we launched the new version of Gincore, and this is just a glimpse of the global changes coming for our users in the near future. Here’s what’s been accomplished:

  •  A fresh design for the admin panel and navigation menus.
  •  Revamped functionality for modules related to creating repair orders, sales, products, contractors, system users, warehouses, branches, etc. All tasks related to creating and adding items within the system are now managed through user-friendly pop-up windows, making the process much more efficient.
  •  Integration with fiscal registrars. We have implemented full integration with fiscal registrars in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 
  •  Added the Ukrainian language to the system interface. Language selection is available during registration.
  •  Enhanced the functionality of order refunds. Now, you can specify not only which cash registers each user has access to, but also the level of access for each register. Users can either receive cash or both receive and issue cash. Additionally, there’s no need to create a refund transaction in accounting beforehand; just enter the refund amount directly in the order and hit the issue button—other accounting operations will be processed automatically.
  •  Ability to print serial numbers of equipment on stickers.
  •  Log of all operations with services and spare parts related to repair orders.
  •  Ability to print price tags immediately upon receiving goods from suppliers.
  •  Changed pre-print settings for stickers and labels. You no longer need to have a thermal printer; you can select A4 print format and print labels on regular paper, with stickers and labels evenly spaced across the A4 sheet. You can also specify the label size for any thermal ribbon.
  •  Added SMS sending history to the client card.
  •  Modified the filter in the "Order Manager." You can now filter repair orders by technician.
  •  New pop-up format providing detailed information on product inventory.
  •  Improved interactions with contractors. We added search options by phone number and contractor name, and redesigned both the section and the contractor card for enhanced usability.
  •  Ability to create product nomenclature when creating sales orders.
  •  Added a button to "Deposit Money into Cash Register and Fulfill Order." Now, with the press of a single button, both operations are completed, streamlining tasks and removing unnecessary steps in the system.
  •  Updated the design of widgets and added the option to change not only the background color but also the text color in widgets.
  •  Expanded integration with telecommunications providers such as Mango Telecom, MegaFon, Binotel, and Zadarma. You can now not only make and receive calls from the system, but also store all recordings of phone conversations for free on any tariff.
