Order Card Personalization
Customize Field Sequence
Now you have full control over how your order cards look. The system allows you to create your own fields and move them to convenient locations for viewing, as well as arrange existing fields in your desired order.
How it works: In field editing mode, you can drag and drop elements, create new fields, and arrange them in a logical sequence that suits your workflow.
Benefits: Each employee sees information in an order that matches their tasks, which saves time and reduces the likelihood of errors.
Export Custom Fields to Excel
All the fields you add can now be exported to an Excel file. This is a revolutionary improvement for analyzing your business processes.
Example of use: If you created a "Repair Complexity" field to assess jobs, you can now export this data and analyze which types of orders require more time and resources.
Improved Search and Navigation
Search by Custom Fields
In the "Orders" menu, you can now search by the fields you've created. Simply enter the desired value and select "By custom fields" from the list.
Before the update: Search was limited to standard system fields.
After the update: You can find an order by any criterion you create—from a batch number to special notes.
Enhanced Product Management
Keyword support has been added to the product search, making it faster and more accurate to find the items you need.

Assign a Responsible Engineer
In the "Sales" menu, you can now specify the engineer responsible for an order. Just click the corresponding icon on the order card, and the system will automatically calculate the salary for both the manager and the engineer.
Use case: For a complex order that requires the involvement of both a sales manager and a technical specialist, the system will fairly distribute the compensation between both parties.
"By Order Type" Salary Filter
A new filter allows you to analyze employee salaries based on the type of orders completed, simplifying the management of incentive programs.
New "Timeline" Module
Introducing a fundamentally new tool for optimizing your workflow—the "Timeline" module. A clock-shaped icon at the top of the screen gives you access to each employee's personal schedule.

Bulk Edit Supplier Orders

The ability to create custom fields now extends to legal entity cards. Information from new fields can be added to printed documents by selecting the desired field from the list of variables.

QR Codes for Serial Numbers
We've implemented QR code printing for serial numbers, which is especially useful for long numbers that don't fit into a classic barcode.
Expanded SMS Notification Geography
New SMS providers have been added for Kazakhstan and Bangladesh, expanding the system's usability in these regions.

Integration with Roistat
A two-way integration with the Roistat end-to-end analytics service has been set up: the system can send data about order payments and receive new leads.
Website Synchronization
