- What's new? The system now features automatic payroll calculation for employees whose compensation is performance-based.
- How does it work? Simply enter the employee's commission percentage for sales and repair orders once in their profile. After that, the system will calculate their earnings automatically.
- What's the advantage?
- Before the update: You had to manually export reports for each employee, calculate their revenue and profit, and then figure out their salary, all while risking calculation errors.
- After the update: You simply go to the “Accounting” → “Reports” → “Turnover” section, select the employee, and the system instantly shows not only their orders and revenue but also their pre-calculated personal earnings, broken down by repairs and sales. This saves time, eliminates errors, and makes the payroll process completely transparent.
Example: Your sales manager earns a 10% commission on sales profit and 5% on repair jobs. You enter these values into their profile. At the end of the month, you open the turnover report, filter by that employee, and immediately see the final amount to be paid. No calculators or complex spreadsheets—everything is ready in just a few clicks.
Instant Email Notifications for New Customer Reviews
Customer feedback is an invaluable resource for growth. To help you react promptly to customer opinions, we've added a new notification feature.
- What's new? You can now set up email notifications to be sent every time a customer leaves a new review or complaint.
- How does it work? In the “Staff Performance Reviews” widget, there is now a field where you can enter one or more email addresses to receive notifications.
- What's the advantage? You'll never miss a single piece of feedback again. A manager or responsible team member will be instantly informed of a customer's opinion, allowing them to quickly address negative feedback, show appreciation for positive comments, and boost customer loyalty.
Example: A customer leaves a negative review about the quality of service. The service center manager immediately receives an email, contacts the customer, resolves the issue, and turns an unhappy customer into a loyal one.
