We are excited to present the latest Gincore update, designed to make your work even more productive and convenient! Our team is constantly working to improve the system, listening to your feedback and suggestions. In this update, we focused on flexibility, control, and automation, so you can spend more time growing your business and less on routine tasks.

Flexible Order List Customization

Now, every user can customize the column display in the “Repair Orders” section to fit their individual needs.

  • Before: All users saw a standard set of columns, some of which might have been irrelevant to their tasks.
  • Now: You can choose which columns to display in the main order list and which to hide. This allows you to focus on the most important information and not get distracted by unnecessary data.

For example, a customer service manager can display columns with the order status and customer contact information on the main screen, while an engineer would find device data and repair type more important.

Precise Parts Logistics Between Branches

We have improved warehouse management to eliminate errors when shipping parts for repairs.

A new “Information” column has been added to the “Warehouses” section, showing which specific branch the device awaiting a part is currently located in. Additionally, we have added a filter by branch.

A real-life example: Previously, if a device was accepted at one branch and transferred to another for repair, a warehouse employee could mistakenly ship the part to the wrong location. Now, they see the device's exact location and send the part to the correct address, which speeds up repairs and saves company resources.

Advanced Features for Authorized Service Centers

For service centers operating under brand authorization, we have added a whole new set of features that simplify accounting and reporting.

  • Brand Management: In the settings, you can now create a list of brands and retail chains you service as an Authorized Service Center (ASC).
  • Clear Repair Separation: When creating a warranty repair, you can specify under which brand's authorization it is being performed. This information is displayed in the order card.
  • Financial Reporting: New filters in the “Orders” and “Accounting” sections allow you to generate reports for each brand separately. You can easily analyze financial flows and prepare documents for each vendor.
  • Flexibility in Work: If a diagnosis reveals that the device is not eligible for warranty repair, a technician can change this parameter directly in the order card. All changes are recorded in the history.

Engineer's Conclusion Directly in the Order Card

An “Engineer's Conclusion” variable has been added to the order card. Now, diagnostic results or a technical assessment can be entered into a special field, and this information will automatically be included in the work completion report. This saves time on document preparation and standardizes the process of communication with the client.

Effective Workload Distribution for Technicians

To help you optimally distribute tasks, we have added technician workload indicators to the system.

When assigning an order, you will now see a drop-down list showing the number of active repairs next to each engineer's name. Orders awaiting parts or client approval are displayed separately. This allows you to see who is truly available and who only formally has many tasks but is actually waiting for parts or a client's decision.

New Provider for SMS Notifications

We have expanded your options for communicating with clients by adding an integration with the SMS.RU provider. You can now select it in the settings to send SMS notifications directly from Gincore.
