During this quarter, the Gincore team has implemented everything you requested, doing it promptly and, most importantly, completely free of charge. Here is a list of the new features in bullet points:
The system has added new functionalities:
- The ability to customize the displayed columns in the "Repair Orders" section.
- In the Warehouses-Orders-Link Serial Number section, we added a column with information about the current location of the device for which parts need to be shipped. We also added a "By Departments" filter.
- We adapted the Gincore system for the operation of authorized service centers. In the repair order card, we now display information not only about the device being under warranty but also the brand of authorization.
- We added a variable "Engineer's Conclusion" to the repair order card.
- We integrated with the SMS.ru provider.
- We added metrics for the workload of technicians.
