Personalize Your Workspace

You can now customize the column display in the “Repair Orders” section. Hide unnecessary information and keep only what's essential for your work. This allows you to navigate the order list faster and focus on what matters most.

Accurate Parts Logistics

We've enhanced the parts dispatching process to eliminate errors and confusion.

  • How it worked before: When dispatching a part from the warehouse, an employee could only see the location where the order was initially created. If the device was moved to another branch for repair, the part could be mistakenly sent to the wrong address.
  • How it works now: The “Warehouses” section now has a new “Information” column that shows the exact current location of the device awaiting the part. An additional filter by location helps the warehouse dispatch parts to the correct address, even if the device moves between branches.

Enhanced Features for Authorized Service Centers

Gincore is now an even more convenient tool for Authorized Service Centers (ASCs).

  • Brand Management: In the settings, you can now add the brands you are authorized to service, as well as the retail chains you provide warranty repair services for.
  • Transparency in Orders: When creating a warranty repair order, you can now specify the authorization brand. This information is displayed in the order card, making it easy to filter all warranty repairs by a specific manufacturer and generate separate financial reports for them.

Technician's Conclusion Directly in the Order Card

Add diagnostic results and the technician's conclusion to a dedicated field in the order card. This text can be easily edited and is automatically added to the work completion report, saving time on document preparation.

New Integration for SMS Notifications

We have added an integration with the popular provider SMS.ru. Now you have even more options for sending notifications to your customers. Simply connect your account in the settings to get started.

Assess Technician Workload at a Glance

This new functionality will help you assign orders more effectively.

  • How it worked before: When assigning an order, the manager could only see a list of technicians but didn't know their actual workload.
  • How it works now: The number of active repairs is now displayed next to each technician's name. The system separately indicates the number of orders awaiting parts or customer approval. This helps you see if a technician is truly busy or is waiting for parts and ready to take on a new task.
