What's New in Gincore
Intuitive Order Card: All Key Information at a Glance
We have completely redesigned the repair order card so you can get the most important information at a glance. Now, all data is structured and divided into two logical sections.
- Top section: Contains key information for a quick order assessment: device model, serial number, warranty status, description of the issue, assigned manager and technician, and the current completion status.
- Bottom section: Includes additional data, such as return ID, call or request ID, advertising source, and warranty period.
The Benefit: Previously, all information was in a single field, which could make finding specific data difficult. Now, you can instantly see the most important details without being distracted by secondary information. This speeds up order processing and reduces the likelihood of errors.
Universal Data Import: Easy Migration to Gincore
Switching to a new management system is no longer a problem. We've updated the import mechanism so you can transfer all your data from any legacy program in just a few steps.
How it works:
- Export the sample file from Gincore.
- Transfer the data from your old system into it (customer base, products, categories, repair orders), following the specified column order.
- Upload the completed file back into Gincore.
The Benefit: Now you can switch to Gincore from absolutely any management system without complex integrations or data loss. The migration process has become as simple and accessible as possible for everyone.
Efficient Fieldwork: Instant SMS and Email Notifications
Service centers that work with field or freelance technicians will especially appreciate this update. We've added the ability to automatically notify employees about new tasks.
In each employee's profile, you can now activate the “Send notifications” option via SMS or email when they are assigned as a technician or manager for an order.
The Benefit: No matter where your employee is, they will instantly receive a notification with the new order number. This eliminates communication delays and allows field specialists to respond quickly to new requests without having to constantly check the system.
A New Level of Control: Automatic Late Arrival Log
We are introducing a new module, the “Late Arrival Log”—a powerful tool for automatically monitoring employee discipline.
How it works:
- Every night, the system automatically ends all user sessions.
- When an employee logs in for the first time in the morning, Gincore records the exact time and IP address.
- This data is saved in a report that you can export at any time. The system can also email the report to you daily.
Example of use: If an employee logs in from an IP address that is different from their usual work IP (e.g., from home), the system will mark this entry in red. Combined with video surveillance at your location, you get 100% control over staff arrival times without spending a single minute of your own time on it.
