In this update, we've focused on giving you more flexible control over your customer base, streamlining your workflows, and enhancing day-to-day convenience.

Next-Level Customer Management

You now have powerful tools to deeply analyze and segment your audience.

Advanced Customer Filtering

We have completely redesigned the filtering capabilities in the “Customers” section. Previously, searches were limited to basic parameters like name or phone number. Now, you can find customers based on dozens of criteria:

  • By the device they brought in for repair (e.g., everyone who repaired an iPhone 13).
  • By device brand.
  • By installed spare parts or purchased items.
  • By the number of visits (e.g., find everyone who has visited between 2 and 10 times).
  • By the date of their last visit.
  • By customer type, tags, or marketing channel (e.g., everyone who came from a referral).

Differentiating Between Individual and Business Clients

When creating an order or a customer profile, you can now clearly specify the customer type. For business clients, there's an expanded profile with additional fields, simplifying documentation and reporting.

Export Your Database to Excel

Any filtered list of customers can be instantly exported to Excel. This opens up endless possibilities for your marketing activities.

Use Case Example: Imagine you want to offer a routine laptop cleaning service. With the new filter, you can find all customers who had their laptops repaired more than six months ago. Then, export this list to Excel and launch an email campaign with a personalized offer. This is a great way to increase customer loyalty and generate repeat business.

Streamlined Order and Report Management

We've optimized routine operations so you can spend less time on administration and more on growing your business.

Print Goods Receipt Notes

You can now print a goods receipt note directly from the purchase order list or from a completed order. No more creating documents manually.

Filter by Repair Type

The order list now features a “Paid/Warranty” filter, allowing you to quickly separate one type of job from another and analyze their ratio.

Export Orders to Excel

By popular demand, we've added the ability to export repair and sales order lists to Excel. Analyze your data in a way that works for you.

“On-Site Service Call” Tag

For orders requiring a technician's visit, you can now set a special tag and easily filter them in the main list.

Filter by Customer in Reports

When generating revenue reports in the “Accounting” section, you can now select a specific customer to view their complete financial history.

Smart Details for Everyday Efficiency

Sometimes, small improvements can make a huge difference. We've implemented several features to make your daily work more comfortable.

Smart Reminders

Previously, creating a reminder required you to set a future date and time. Now, you can leave this field blank, and the system will automatically set a reminder for one minute from now. Perfect for quick notes like “call back in a minute.”

Tips for Service Advisors from Technicians

This feature was inspired by an idea from one of our clients. A technician who encounters specific issues while repairing a particular device model can leave “important information” in its profile. The next time a service advisor checks in the same device, they will see this tip and can immediately inform the customer about any nuances, timelines, or repair costs.

Quick Access to Customer Profiles

Now, you can navigate from a repair order to the customer's profile in a single click, saving time when you need to find information.
