New Gincore Features: Even More Control and Convenience
Custom Printable Documents
Now you can create an unlimited number of your own templates for printable documents. Previously, you could only edit existing ones, but now the customization possibilities are limitless.
- Benefits: Create unique invoices, work orders, and warranty cards that fully match your brand identity.
- How it works: In the “Settings” section, you'll find a new item called “Custom Printable Document Templates,” where you can add and manage your own templates for repair or sales orders.
SKU Management is Back and Improved
We've brought SKUs back into the system, making inventory management even faster. Now, in addition to a unique serial number, each product has an SKU that can be used for a full-featured search.
- Benefits: Instantly find the right product by simply typing or scanning its SKU. This significantly speeds up warehouse and sales processes.
- Use Case: You can import your entire product database from Excel, and the SKUs will be automatically linked to the corresponding items, eliminating manual data entry.
More Information in SMS Notifications
We have expanded the content of SMS notifications for employees. Now, when a manager or technician is assigned to an order, they receive a message containing not only the order number but also the customer's name, phone number, and device model.
- Benefits: This is especially useful for field engineers—all the necessary information to contact the customer and prepare for the repair now arrives in a single message.
Full Control Over Employee Access
Data security is our priority. In this update, we've added two important features for managing access rights:
- Hide customer contact information: In the employee profile, you can now restrict access to customers' phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses.
- Access to own orders only: Grant employees the ability to see only the orders where they are assigned as the intake specialist, manager, or engineer.
Benefits: These settings ensure the confidentiality of your customer database and allow you to clearly define areas of responsibility within your team.
Clearer Financial and Task Management
- Debt Indicator: The main order list now features an indicator that shows the outstanding balance for each customer. Clicking it allows you to filter for all orders with partial payments.
- Instant Assignees: When creating a repair order, you can now immediately assign the responsible manager and engineer, streamlining the workflow from the very beginning.
- Automatic Stock-In: Save time on inventory management—products can now be automatically added to stock from a supplier's invoice or an Excel file.
Flexible CRM Customization
You can now add custom statuses for calls in the CRM to tailor the sales funnel to your specific business needs.
