Comments on Stock Write-Offs

Now, when writing off goods from your inventory, you have the option to add a detailed comment to each action. This allows you to accurately track the reasons for the write-off, whether it’s damage, expiration, or any other reason. You can also leave a general note for a group of items, which is especially convenient for bulk operations.

Delivery Address in Printable Documents

For sales orders, a “Delivery Address” variable is now available for use in printable documents. This will allow you to automatically pull the customer's delivery address into an invoice, packing slip, or any other document you generate in Gincore.

  • Professional-Looking Documents: All necessary data will be neatly presented in your printed forms.

Strikethrough for Comments in the Live Order Feed

We've added the ability to strike through comments in the live order feed. If a comment is no longer relevant, you can mark it with a strikethrough to avoid confusion while preserving the communication history.

  • Clarity and Order: Easily highlight relevant information without deleting old comments.
  • History Preservation: All correspondence remains available for review, but irrelevant points are not distracting.

Creating a Category from the Product Card

You can now create a new category directly from the product card! When you open the product catalog, a “plus” icon has appeared in the additional information section, allowing you to instantly create and link a product to a new category without navigating to other sections of the system.

  • Faster Workflow: No need to interrupt the process of adding a product to create a new category.
  • Convenience: All necessary actions can be performed in one window, which is especially useful when adding a large number of new products.

Paying a Supplier from a Customer Order

After receiving goods, a new menu item is now available that allows you to pay the supplier directly from a repair or sales order. This eliminates the need to switch between tabs and significantly simplifies the payment process.

  • Error Reduction: The risk of forgetting to pay a supplier is reduced, as the function is available within the context of the current order.

Sorting Customers by Name and ID

In the “Clients” menu, you can now click on a column header to sort the list alphabetically (descending) or by ID (ascending). Clicking again reverses the sort order.

  • Convenient Organization: Organize your customer base in a way that is convenient for your work.

Importing Stock Balances with Serial Numbers

We've added the ability to upload a file with your own serial numbers via Excel. To do this, simply list the serial numbers in the document and upload it as usual through the “Import” menu.

  • Data Accuracy: Minimizes manual entry and the errors associated with it.

Notification Builder

Introducing a convenient message builder for employees. You can select an event and a channel to send a message to, and also configure various notification chains. This allows you to flexibly inform your team about important events in the system.
