Let's start with an interesting and useful trick - quick posting of goods and linking the serial number to the order. The system receives a spare part, generates a serial number for it and automatically links it to this order.
Another usefulness is the improvement of calculations for warranty repairs. For service centers that perform maintenance of equipment under an agreement with a counterparty, we have implemented the opportunity to write off the cost of the order. This will allow generating reports on partner orders. If you need to perform a reconciliation by counterparty, go to the Accounting / Transactions menu, subsection Counterparties, and in the report filter, select the required counterparty and generate a report on this counterparty.
Added the ability to search for an item by name in a quick sale if you do not have a scanner and a barcode sticker at hand.
A new column has appeared in transactions with the amount of the cash balance after the transaction. This will allow faster recall and consolidation of reports if a controversial issue arises.
Added catalogs of finished devices to the More / Import menu by selecting Categories from the list. Instructions in the video.
In the Categories menu, you can use the Control button to select an unlimited number of folders and delete them with one button.
