We are excited to introduce another Gincore update designed to make your daily work even simpler, faster, and more efficient. In this update, we focused on speeding up key processes and improving financial accounting.

Fast Receiving: From Arrival to Installation in Seconds
Now you don’t have to waste time manually receiving parts that are urgently needed for a repair. We've added a feature that automates this process when every minute counts.
- How it was before: The stock manager had to first create a purchase order for the supplier in the system, wait for confirmation, and then manually receive the item before it could be used in a customer's order.
- How it is now: If you already have the part, but it's not yet in the system, simply open the customer's order, add the supplier's information, and click the new “Quick Receive” button. The system instantly stocks the part, generates a serial number for it, and automatically assigns it to the current order.
Use case: Imagine a customer is waiting for an urgent repair, and the necessary part has just arrived. Instead of a lengthy receiving process, you can get it into the workshop almost instantly, saving valuable time and increasing customer loyalty.
Improved Accounting for Warranty Repairs
For service centers that have agreements with manufacturers or suppliers, we have simplified the accounting for warranty repairs.
- New feature: You can now debit the cost of an order to the guarantor partner’s debt. This allows you to clearly separate your own revenue from partner compensations.
- How it works: Create a special repair type (e.g., “Apple Warranty Repair”) and link the corresponding partner to it. When closing such an order, simply check the “Debit from partner's balance” box, and the system will automatically record the amount as their debt. To reconcile, just generate a report in the “Accounting” → “Transactions” menu.
Convenient Product Search and Management
We've made several improvements to simplify your daily operations.
Search by Name in Quick Sale
If you don't have a barcode scanner handy, you can now easily find a product by its name directly in the quick sale window. Just start typing the name, and select the desired product and its serial number from the list.
Bulk Deletion of Categories
Tidying up your catalog has become easier. Hold down the Ctrl
key, select multiple unnecessary categories, and delete them with a single button. The system will prevent you from deleting folders that contain products or are linked to orders, ensuring data integrity.
Ready-Made Device Catalogs
Save time on system setup by importing ready-made device catalogs. They are available in the “More” → “Import” menu.
Financial Transparency: Cash Balance in Transactions
To simplify report reconciliation and quickly find the information you need, we've added a new column to the transactions section—“Cash Balance”. It shows the balance after each operation, allowing you to track cash flow in real time. This column can be enabled or disabled in the display settings.
