Gincore - Specialized Software created by the Performer (a set of instructions in the form of words, numbers, codes, diagrams, symbols, or any other form expressed in a computer-readable form that drives it to achieve a specific goal or result) for repair and maintenance business, which includes CRM, ERP, WMS systems consolidated into a single hardware and software solution. Personal Data is any information related to an individual (including, but not limited to, a representative of the User, his clients, employees, other contractors), whose identity is established or a person can be identified by direct identification (eg, Name) and indirect identification (eg, special information explaining that the data refers to a specific person), including, but not limited to, network identifiers (eg, IPs, mobile device identifiers) and data about location.
Data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy collectively identifies personally identifiable information and other confidential information provided by the User when registering, completing forms offered on the Service, or otherwise using the Gincore Service, including, but not limited to, customer and counterparty listing user employees, their level of access to various business processes, financial settlement with contractors, ordering a list of services or works to specific clients and other information her, referring, including trade secrets to the User or its contractors.

4.1.3. compilation of a Gincore User Database.
5.1. Data is collected automatically when you register and use the Gincore Service and Services, as well as when filling out and/or generating by You forms on the Gincore Service.
5.2. User data is processed using the Gincore Service software and hardware.
6.1. User Data is stored for the duration of the provision of the Services to the User by Gincore Service.
6.2. We may delete the Data You provide at any time, at your written request through the feedback channels provided on our service. You can also delete any of the information you provide at any time using the Gincore personal account settings.
6.3. From the moment of request for deletion of Your Data or from the moment of deletion of your Gincore account or data necessary for access to the Service, as well as in case when you withdraw your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use, the Gincore Service Administration shall delete all data provided by you in the registration and/or use of the Service from its databases, except those which you have transferred to other Users of the Service, as well as those data, which is required, but not limited to the applicable legislation for accounting and tax reporting purposes of the Gincore Service, and only within the time allowed by law.
6.4. You may not use the Gincore Service until you re-register it from the moment your data is deleted, including in the event that you withdraw your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use.
